This course examines the worldwide industry of management consulting. The course will cover industry structure and dynamics, the consultant’s work and lifestyle, and the consulting process. Students will develop personal consulting skills including managing team dynamics, framing client’ problem, gathering data, making conclusions and effectively communicating recommendations.
