Aside from the basic program requirements, the school is further differentiated by complementary student offerings, such as the “Entrepreneurship and Venture Capital” program hosted at Berkeley/Silicon Valley and the “Asia Business and Strategies” program hosted in Beijing, Shanghai and Hong Kong.
CIBU is a residential school, and all courses are held on campus in San Diego. Currently, CIBU does not offer online courses.
CIBU offers four programs of study

- The Bachelor of Science in Mangement (BSM) Upper Division Only
The CIBU degree of Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) is a research doctorate program that focuses upon business practice.

- - Combines methodological and scientific based courses, relevant coursework and a research dissertation.
The CIBU MBA
The CIBU degree of Master of Business Administration (MBA) is a graduate degree that focuses on knowledge in business and management and advanced analytical skills.
- - Designed to train students to understand accounting, legal and management issues in international corporations and entrepreneurship opportunities and challenges.
The CIBU degree Master of Science in International Management (MSIM) is a graduate degree that provides students with the management and economic skills to secure employment as business managers in a global economy.

The CIBU BSM
The CIBU degree Bachelor of Science in Management (BSM) degree program is designed to develop the professional knowledge and skills of general managers in any organization.
- - The BSM degree enhances skills necessary for improved organizational effectiveness in a dynamic and evolving workplace.
- - Students will understand human resource and legal issues associated with international business analyze economic indicators, and learn how to function effectively in a multinational business environment.
