The following document is another good example for LaTeX, it contains two sample pages of my current dissertation draft: <a href="/wp-content/uploads/sample_affiliate_marketing_strategies_draft.pdf" rel="nofollow">Affiliate Marketing Strategies - draft, sample pages</a>. Zoom in and appreciate the beauty of the functions :) I will be more than happy to make my dissertation template available for download. You can use the same template for your own dissertation, then you won't have to worry about APA style at all.
